Ugh.

So apparently Lauren's cold combined with (at a guess) the remnants of the stomach bug I had a week or so back to ensure I slept from more or less 2:30pm yesterday to 10am today. Minus a break last night in which I threw up, anyway - and let me tell you, that's really interesting when you haven't eaten since the day before
