What are the 'contents of the uterus?'
As well as reading this, go to youtube and see some videos of the actual procedure. I also recommend two sites: www.afterabortion.com (not political or biased in any way), and http://www.abortiontv.com/

It is usually considered polite, when wandering uninvited into a stranger's journal, to introduce yourself - at least by stating where you found the page. Thus you are not automatically considered a troll coming in and spreading links that may lead anywhere, specifically to a virus-laden page (my first suspicion and the reason why I will not be following any of your links).

Secondly, I am actually not interested in the contents of the uterus, nor in quibbling over whether or not a collection of cells counts as a human being. I do not care. If at any point I should need an abortion, all I will care about is that I will not be pregnant any more. Emotional blackmailing in the vein of 'they took a baby out of your uterus! YOU JUST KILLED A BABY YOU WHOREY BABY-MURDERER!' is essentially a load of guilt-tripping old bull and I am not interested.

(I apologise if your links were not posted with this intention, but since your entire comment screamed 'TROLL!' in blinking neon letters there was no way in hell I was going to follow them.)

I get your posts in my LJ box- I'm not sure where it started, but I read them regularly. I assume it was due to a doctor who post? My intention was not to troll. Sometimes I find it's better to refer to a site with info. The afterabortion site is completely non political and takes no sides.
