I want to say it's no more than six hours, given that by the time I heard about it it was already a roaring success? But I'm not sure.
GO GO GADGET INTERNETS. Amazon is calling glitch, but I don't quite believe it. Whether it is or not... well. They have some 'splaining to do.

Very odd glitch, it seems to me. I especially like the way this all went down on a holiday when - they may have hoped - there'd be less chance of people noticing. Amazing how these glitches work, isn't it?

They apparently didn't realise that the internet is 24/7, and the bogosphere even more so.
