Christmas is over
I am sad that Christmas is over. I enjoy the Christmas spirit and it is truly the best time of year. I had a pretty good one and hope that you all did also! I spent part of Christmas Eve over at Steven's grandparents opening presents, eating, and having a good time talking to them. Then Steven and I went back to my house and went to church with my family. I saw Shanna's baby, Logan,and he is so cute! We then headed back to my house to open presents. Leroy had a little too much wine and was wound up! That part was hilarious!! I got a blender and some money from my parents. I hope they enjoy the gifts that I gave them. I got Dino (my weiner dog) a new squeaker toy and the cats got some tuna. Molly got a new ID tag and so did Dino. Then, on Christmas Day, Grandma and Grandpa came up to our house which was really nice. I miss them a lot! We had chili and pie and had a good time. I went over to Steven's after that but I wasnt feeling well so I took a nap. Then, on Sunday, I took Rachel shopping and got a new purse and the first season of Sex and the City. She got some DVDs. We came home on Sunday and then went out to see Meet the Fockers. It was pretty funny. It could have been a little funnier though.
So, today I am going to clean the apartment and unpack. It should be a lot of fun. :( Oh, I did pretty well in classes this semester. Well, better than I thought I did anyway. So, I am on track to graduate this spring. I am ready to get out of school but I am also afraid of entering the "real world". I hope that I can get a pretty good job. I cant wait to start a family with Steven but I know that will be a little while yet.
Oh yeah, Jeff, I am glad that you had fun in Singapore! Now, you get to come back to Ames and see us! Yey!!! Well, everyone, I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas!! Later!!
