Each story has made me more worried for them. What happens when they reach the age where Sam does look like he could be Dean's father? But before that they'll reach S2's plotline. Worry worry worry...

Thanks for commenting! Very true. The events of the show would be a lot more difficult to face with Dean stuck at 12.

This is pieced together so very well, and is as poignant as always.

I love this, and this 'verse to bits. <333333

Such a beautifully written verse. Heartbreaking and heart warming at the same time.

lol, I knew Dean was gonna do that with the can, 'I carry it now, you carry it back' ¬__¬

very cute! this is a different verse and Sam is more independent, but I lke that he still looks for Dean in so many areas of his life that make Dean still the bigger brother!

I suppose it must look a little bit suspicious to see a guy like Sam with a small kid around, and I suspect parkin in motels gets them funny looks from the managers of most of them, so yeah, sucks.

nice chapter I really liked it!

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I do find the suspicion that would surround them in this verse to be interesting, so I tend to explore it a lot. :)

Why, because he made Sam carry the gas can? Sam totally had it coming. Little brothers always do. :)
