weirdness
So... this morning on the way to work, me and Ryan pull up to a stop sign and the guy stopped in front of us is driving a truck and the bed of the truck is all smoking like something was on fire and Ryan jumps out of his car and is like "HEY DUDE your trucks on fire" and the guy pulls over. Ryan asked me if we should stop and help out and I said that was a good idea so we did. Ryan gets out of the truck and starts walking towards the man and his truck and see's a car battery with all these wires and 4x4's attached like some sort of homemade contraption and it was smoking like crazy and had this crazy chemical smell. The guy was all like "I am ok. thank you, don't worry about it, thanks" trying to get Ryan away. Ryan comes back to the truck and told me how weird the guy was acting and he described what he saw and smelled from the truck and it sux to sterotype people but the man was very obviously of Middle Eastern descent so we freaked the fuck out and thought it was a bomb. Anyway, as we are driving away, we get his license plate number and decided to call that 1-800-Crimeline ppl so we stopped at a gas station and called and told them everything that happened. The lady on the phone said that by the description of the "device" we saw, it sounds exactly like a mobile meth-lab. She says ppl are getting sneakier and have started making labs in their cars rather than their houses (which makes NO sense to me but whatever).. anyways, she gave Ryan some confirmation number and said to call on Friday cause if they arrest the guy, Ryan gets a reward (up to $5000 for a felony arrest) which is so fucking awesome.. I mean, it COULD be nothing but it was VERY suspicious and either way, we thought it was a bomb and would feel guilty if that guy blew something up and we did NOTHING to stop it... what a weird morning..
