Monday, March 6th
1. Soooooo much sleep yesterday.  Wow.
2. The benefits of meditation.  Feel I am coming back to balance.
3. The shoes and clothes I bought myself this weekend.
4. The little baby girl playing in the bath tub.
5. Friends.  Lucky me ☺

Sleep = Naps = 8 hours + nightsleep = 9 hours
Sun= none
Sugar=bread
exercise=no
water=no

Wednesday, March 8th
1. The work day is over.
2. I am warm, in my bed, I can breathe.
3. The warm socks sissy gave me a couple years ago.  Still warm and nice.
4. It is raining and cold outside and I am not!
5. Jeffs invitation to me.  :)

Friday, March 10th
1. Austin came over last night and cleaned my fish bowl out so I can donate it this weekend.  "Goodbye, Fishie" 😢
2. Get to go with Jeff and Nicky and Olivia to Aquarium this weekend on Sunday. Hello, fishie.
3. Jeff was blessed with a plethora of financial grants from UW including one that will pay for Olivias daycare, so his lawschool this year is 50% discounted.
4. Its Friday.
5. Grateful I told my boss yesterday how I felt about the meeting.
