As I recall, the game only had one dud and if you got him, you automatically lost. The rest were "dreamy" and you could only keep one if you were "ready" for the right kind of date. For example, to go to the dance, you needed shoes, a gown, a corsage, that sort of stuff, that you collected in the cards you drew. As I recall, I rapidly loathed the game and understood even as a child it was disgusting and seemed to "put girls down" in a way that felt wrong. Hehe.
