yesterday was a day for birthday cakes!

life is sort of deceptively quiet right now. I'm beginning to work on my FAFSA (which i've never done before - ummm help?) I'm applying to the French Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America. I'm scared of the financial responsibilities persuing a degree in baking and pastry arts will entail but it feels like the right thing to do. I'm also scared of moving to new york and having no money. I guess i'll have to really look at what sort of financial aid i'll get. whatevs.
I never post, i apologize if anyone still reads this.
I am glad to see that ms. eroka is updating again. and that gogoethe is back. i miss my left_one. and mr. bear.
I would like to catch up with everyone. and if anyone has advice/info/love about baking programs, please let me know.
