No report for Monday, although I did eat more potato chips than I should have.
As for yesterday, Tuesday:
sometime between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm--tall, skinny caramel macchiato (I'm not sure if the term "skinny" refers to fat calories, sugar calories, or both being reduced); I needed to ensure my full wakefulness for the busy day ahead
sometime between 4 pm and 5 pm (I was on the go all day and didn't pay much attention to times)--small soda that I thought was a flavored tonic water but turned out to have 20 grams of sugar! Stopped at a gas station and was thirsty for something more interesting than plain water.
8:15 pm--bottled blueberry white tea with 18 grams of sugar; I wanted to ensure that I had the energy for a good gym workout
I have two more days of the straightforward diary, today and tomorrow, and then it will be time to make actual reforms, or whatever the SparkPeople program says to do next.
