Yes...I was quite convinced that I was about fifty years younger, and that I'd never been to this place before. I hadn't even been outside of Gallifrey, at that point.

But even that is considered young and inexperienced for Time Lords...the Doctor is several centuries older than I am. I've got no idea how often he's regenerated since I last knew him, but when we met he was 759.
