[ Steve isn't sure where he is, or how he got even got here. He remembers that day very well. And he shouldn't be here. Wherever here is.

He looks down the dark, wet streets of the city as the snow continues to fall with a look of confusion etched into his brows. Things are different, and more, it feels different. Not at all like he remembers.

The city itself is called Bete Noire. You won't find it on any official map. There's an island we can get to from here. A few other places.

Most of use can't leave. Some people can. Some people have no where else to go.

Look, it's not safe to walk around looking lost in this place. If you don't have a weapon, I suggest you get one. This place is dangerous. Especially if you just arrived.
