121 today, I worked out for 40 min and had one binge this morning. I'm going to go back the banana spinach plan and try not to binge at dinner. I need to drink more water and work out every day. I looked in the mirror and I look like shit. I want to get to 117 by Friday. My parents are going to CA for a week, so I can starve myself then without them seeing. I can't wait. I hope I can do it. I need to get back to my 112-117 range. Fat just doesn't look good on me.
