Wowwww. I'm so fat it's not even funny. 119.5. Seriously. It's disgusting. I love how looking back on all these posts I was supposed to lose weight this summer, and that never happened. I'm disgusting myself just thinking about it. But today is the first day of the plan, and I'm going to stick to it! I need to lose weight for the Lady Gaga concert that's in a week and a half, since I'm going to be wearing close to nothing for my costume. Also, I'm going to stop taking those water pills, because I think they're messing me up. But here's the plan: A cup of water every 2 hours, two slim fast shakes - breakfast and lunch (about 100 calories each), a bag of spinach for an afternoon snack, and eat a bit of family dinner with a laxative. No binge/purging allowed. I'm going to be strict on myself for this now. I need the weight to come off, and it's not going to when I'm gorging myself like and idiot, even with immediate purging. I suppose I should also start walking again in the mornings. That would probably help.
