115.5 today. UGH! I hate weighing myself during my period. I hope this weight sheds off after the end of my time of the month! I feel bloat-tastic.

Worked out yesterday for 30 min/275 cal/86 fat cal. I plan to go to Jazzercise tonight, which will be an hour-long workout.

I need to HYDRATE . Hydrate hydrate hydrate! I always fall short on that then bloat, and I need to keep up with that, especially on my period.
