114 today. Slowly but surely... Lol! I figure if I keep going at this rate and don't flub up over the weekend, my weight loss will continue. I just worry because I'm going to be drinking on Friday and Saturday nights, and that usually messes with my water weight. I guess I'm going to have to limit myself to two drinks (diet coke and vodka, of course. Low cal!) and drink water in between! That will keep me from getting schwasted, too. Ugh, I just really don't want my weight to shoot up again like it did last weekend and have to start all over again.
EDIT: I forgot to add that my workout yesterday was a 60 min Jazzercise class that was especially grueling! Part of it was the heat, but I got faint a few times! Super sweaty... but that means it was a good workout!
Today's workout was 30 min/275 cal/85 fat cal.
