He grabbed up his companion around the hips and twirled her in a circle. He set her down, grabbed her head and gave her a huge smacking kiss.

She pushed back. “Whoa! What was that for?” she said, giving him a confused, irritated look.

I can see exactly why he would be so happy. It hurts my heart to know how much pain he's endured that he would be that happy about the Time Lords being alive.

Seriously the Doctor needs to have the pressure eased off him and I miss the days when he was just an exceptional timelord on the run. A coward would be epic if he was the last of his kind, the Doctor should be epic despite being a loser among his own kin.
