house hunting
i suppose i'll be making an end-of-semester post soon, but in the mean time...
i am in need of a place to live for the upcoming year.
does anyone have any tips on how to go about finding such a thing? i am currently scanning craigslist and sending off a few emails... but... i am completely new at this. should i be waiting a month or two until all the people searching for summer subletters go away? is there anywhere in particular i should look, anyone to avoid, or anyone who you know is similarly searching for housing or who has a room available for the year?
