(no subject)
I'm doing pretty well. The incision is still healing. I'm hoping the swelling subsides fairly soon. It's kind of annoying that it's so slow in subsiding, considering how quickly I was able to go home from the hospital.
In January, I decided to start working again on an old passion, creative crafts. I've always truly enjoyed creating art, especially art I can use. So I signed up for a pottery class at the local rec center. I started that class on March 4th and had a blast. I'm hoping to return to it fairly soon. I threw a bowl and a pot on the first night! It's such a great deal I'm thinking of doing pottery year-round. For only $110 every 2 months I get 50 lbs of clay, 3 hours a week of (shared) instructor time, and access to the studio about 30 hours a week (open time)! Once I get pottery down pretty well, I think I'll spend less time on pottery and try to add a new creative craft skill. Currently the others on my to-do list are metalworking, woodworking, and glassblowing. I think it'd rock if I made furniture & artwork that I used in my own home! That would add a really nice personal touch to my home.

The site asked me to fill them in on the finance score, since apparently 8.7 is considered very high. My last test was 11/9/2005 when the scores were 7.8 life, 8.2 mind, 6.7 body, 8.5 spirit, 4.4 friends/family, 2.1 love, and 8.1 finance.
