so friday I went to the memorial service for Paul and Julie Rogers. It was nice as far as memorial services go. I saw a bunch of people I hadn't seen in a mong time. My 8th grade english teacher and her partner have two kids now, and I saw my 4th grade teacher, and (best for last) my kindergarten teacher. Louise was the best teacher a 4/5 year old could ever ask for, and she still keeps in touch with my family which is nice. She was a very unexpected surprise-to me anyway-because she and her husband have been living in Washington DC for the last couple of years.
Today I went to bed at about 5:30/45 am and woke up again about an hour later shivvering uncontrollably. I added a few blankets to no effect, finally I blew my nose then I was able to go back to sleep without shivvering (for some unknown reason). After I finally got up and ate, my mommy took me shopping for a new bed...it is comming to my house tomorrow afternoon...temperpedic goodness. The Sales Clerk threw in a free Temperpedic pillow, and dropped the tax, and gave us half price sheets...the best part is that the bed is bigger than my old one that means--more people in my bed/more room for me in my bed! yay!...
...ok, back to the grindstone...
