Well, as you already know, the brain is divided into left and right hemispheres. Thoughts are constantly being sent through a matrix from one hemisphere to the other, really really quickly. Sometimes, for one reason or another, a thought is slowed slightly through the matrix so that we actually have the same thought twice, once in each hemisphere of the brain. But is still occurs really fsat, so we are left with a confused feeling of having thought or felt something before.
