I finally realized all these band/celebrity blogs are tumblr based and OH HEY I can follow them all in one convenient place, duh. Anyway idk why I never did it earlier, but I love it. Already added a few of you that I knew had one! It's great b/c I can post all my random obsessions, like my newfound love for Kris Allen, ugh he's so perfect. I spent like, two hours the other night watching all his performances and interviews and downloading all his stuff, he's so amazing.

Okay, now I have to give an overview of the most AWKWARD, insane day of my life.
Well, since Jon and I "fooled around" or whatever on Friday I've had to work every morning after that, plus so stuff later with my day, so I've had zero sleep. Yesterday was my final opening shift for the week which equals = 7am. I woke up, checked my phone, and it was 7:35. FAIL. I freaked and ran around and got there at 7:50, ten minutes before the store opens to customers. No breakfast, no coffee, throwing everything around to get shit done, thankfully no one came until 8:20 (still, who get subway that early?) Good thing it was Memorial Day, cause it was slow, but boy, was it a shitty opening.
Next, around 9:30, this guy walks in in a Subway uniform, and he's a freakin weirdo, and says, "oh hey, it's my first day." GREAT. Why did no one tell me? Do I have to train him? Not even in the slightest mood to be friendly. Thankfully, Tera (aka new assistant manager) got there ten minutes later (yelled at me for my hickie, yeah yeah I know), but then I'm getting nagged for not having a "perfect" opening (excuse me, but you've had 3 days off, I've worked every morning, bite me). Saying I'll get written up if I don't change the dates on expired food (oh, really, for following health codes? How would you get that approved?) and then, DJ calls saying she can't come in, because her car is dead (and I really needed her there, I was getting hounded and we hadn't talked in over a week and I wanted to explain the Jon stuff to her). SOOOOO she calls Jon to come in for her. GREAT. Bring on the awkward. Haven't seen the kid since we slept on the floor together 2 nights before and everything is racing through my head, and he's all "Hey rach" when he comes in. Ugh, I couldn't even look at him, it was so weird for me.
Then, it's around 12:30, and it starts pouring so all those rained out bbq's come in for subs and we get slammed. And who walks in? Our subway supervisor, Kelly, and she's here for her monthly inspection. Oh, sure, with my shitty opening, the new kid, Tera with a stick up her ass, and awkward Jon. JUST WHAT I NEEDED. So we're busting our ass, (still no food or caffeine for me all day, I'm ready to die) and the silver lining on the entire day is we get a Perfect inspection. No compliance issues (we're under probation, so just one would've shut us down.) So, that made the day better. After everything thrown at me, the store was still perfect. :D
AND THAT'S MY TALE. haha it's not that thrilling but I had to get it all out. Oh and then Jon came over after work later to drop of my ipod dock and we talked for awhile, and he doesn't think anything's awkward, he thinks it's all funny. But, I told him things like that shouldn't happen anymore, so I was glad to get it off my chest. So now I can breathe, shitty day is behind me.
