My tally trip:
Saturday: got into town around 11:30, and went right to bulls! Oh, lovely. Some friends bailed out but it was still great. I miss that place so freakin much. I just feel more like myself! Anyway there till the drink special ended at one, then over to yiannis for 80’s night! Love.
Sunday: church and breakfast in the morning, then a lovely afternoon nap, then out for sushi and He’s Just Not That Into You (greeaat movie!) with Kimay, cause she couldn’t make it the night before. But it was great, back to jasmine’s (best sushi everrrr) and reminiscing of last year.
Monday: lazy morning and then class with Allison. Then to Starbucks where I hung out for about an hour before dinner at the house and then yoga ($10 for a day pass? Lame, Leach. Oh well.) And then just a TV night.
Tuesday: Lunch on campus with Nikki, then I hung around for awhile, going to the bookstore, getting a coffee, reading magazines. Called Aveda to book a hair appt, but they were full. Dinner with Allison, then Coraline with Katy and Anna (it was good! Storyline was a bit weak but effects were amazing!) and I was supposed to go out with some friends I hadn’t seen yet, but I get a text from kimay saying, “not going out now, long story.” Oh, okay. Thanks for canceling my plans on my last night in town. So I settled for family guy and mugglecast’s new general discussion podcast (anytime I get to hear Matt and Andrew is a good time, so.)
Left this afternoon (I almost got left behind at the rest stop, omg. We had 15 mins and I peed and got food, but the bus driver had to come looking for me! He was ready to go! Embarrassing. ) Mostly, it was great. I didn’t like realizing how much I’ve changed (and not for the better) since I’ve lived there. I've just got to surround myself with positive people. And this showed me that that girl is still in there, and that I really don’t need to let home and my negative notions about the world get to me. Come fall, I’ll be off doing something new and feeling at ease again, hopefully. I just need to enjoy the ride, it’ll all make sense in time.
Blahblah enough of that. Oh it came time again to renew my paid account, and I got my 5 extra userpics :) at 46 now, chyeah. And I got my tax return back! $250, not shabby for 6 months of work :) I didn't get a chance to watch much of the grammys, but I did get to see green day and asdjasdsfh so excited for the return. it's been tooooo long, dudes. yeah yeah blink is back. I think someone wrote somewhere that "the internet is shitting collective bricks" over this. whatever, no doubt coming back is more exciting :)
