(no subject)
yay for getting my laptop fixed in only three days! $400 on a new screen, but I'm only putting $100 in cause it wasn't my fault. I'm just getting sick of this. I take perfect care of this thing, and then it gets smashed out of someone else's anger. Reason #2345678 why I need to leave home.
So, the casino boat was fun. I hadn't been out on a boat in a while! And while we ate dinner on the deck there was this awesome sunset over the water, it was nice. I lost $25, but it was slowly throughout the night. My biggest "jackpot" was $15. My brother won $60! It was fun.
Then last night Jon and his friend Brittany invited me out skating, but when we got there it was "closed for renovations." haha wtf, thanks for not posting anything on the website. So I found another rink 10 miles away (thanks to google maps on my ipod touch, win), but we accidentally passed it, and somehow ended up in Clearwater. Haha so no one was suggesting anything new, so I said "how about the beach?" So it's midnight, freezing cold and hurricane force winds, and we park and go walking on the beach. It was really beautiful though! The waves were huge, actually. It was peaceful, in a way. But it was freezing so we didn't stay long. Then no one else had any more ideas, so we drove back to town and went to Denny's, then home.
Then today I finally got off my ass and went to the gym, it felt good. Since I've got nothing better to do while waiting for grad school decisions, I'm going to try to go a lot the next few months.
And now tomorrow my work week starts (thurs-sat, ugh I hate it) but I'm going to try and leave early on sat to go to busch gardens! whoo yay :)
