Smooch BO - Terrible CS!!!

Posted this about 2 weeks back and now there are updates and I think everyone involved in this backorder should know what's going on or rather, wonder if Smooch even knows what's going on themselves.

s anyone waiting for Smooch's BO for Camilla & Belle Dress to arrive?? It was slated to arrive by mid April and now it's May, close to mid May. Smooch isn't giving any definite answers which is frustrating, neither are they informing anyone that the BO is late!!

Update 17/5:

After sending a chaser email demanding a refund, I finally got a reply from Smooch on 15/5.

"We apologize for a delay in response as we were trying to find a piece of camilla and belle dress to mail to you first but unfortunately we're unable to find a piece to mail to you first. We really do not know the exact arrival of the backorder as we're in the mercy of our suppliers and we'll only know when the stocks arrive in sg.
We're trying to improve on the speed of our backorders as we're in the mercy of our suppliers and really hope to seek your understanding.
We're unable to proceed with refunds as we've placed an order for you and the stocks are definitely arriving, all the other items in that collection has arrived. It's just that the dress you ordered demands more workmanship. Will you be okay with store credits instead?
Thank you and sorry for the inconveniences caused."

I ordered XS and it was only available through BO, what the heck were they trying to find to mail to me?!? SERIOUSLY??? Making up crap excuses and then telling me the stocks are DEFINITELY ARRIVING. Of course they should arrive, but when?? So, I made hell of a noise cos I really couldn't accept the bunch of crap they were giving me and got this reply today.

"We're really sorry about the shipment of the Camilla and Belle Dress in Steel Lavender as well as all the inconveniences it caused you. We'll be refunding you the payment for this dress next Wednesday 22nd May 2013."

I doubt I will be shopping at this place anytime in the near future unless they improve on their CS by leaps and bounds. They should also stop hiring fools to reply emails.

After sending yet another chaser email, they finally refunded me. I am truly speechless about their CS or even integrity.If they promised to do the refund on 22/5 (when they could have easily done that the day they replied me instead of making me wait till the next week), they should do it without having to be chased right?? NOOOO.. For Smooch, it's a totally different case. Seemed like they were hoping I'd forget all about it. I'm banning this blogshop once and for all.
