Hi girls...
Does anyone buy from Smooch often?
Is there service on the slower side? I paid (via paypal) on Wednesday and received the shipment email late Friday night.
Yet to receive the item till date (Tuesday).
When I bought from them once in a blue moon, ages ago, the experience was not pleasant (orders missed out, delayed, lost mails [only blogshop i actually got lost mails with]). Considering that I hardly purchase from them, the hit rate is unusually high.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the above stated is gonna happen again. -__-

We regret to inform you that our suppliers have misinformed us about the stocks that we have ordered from them. The item Victoria Pencil Dress that you have ordered was supposed to be ready prior to the launch will only arrive on Thursday.
We are really sorry about this and we assure you that we will mail out the item on Thursday as soon as we get the stocks.
