LB Melrose Maxi, size XS

just got this lovely LB Melrose Maxi from a really nice reseller off the forum, XS is really not my size as I usually wear S, but I decided to take a chance and got this from her(: But now I'm in a dilemma as to whether I should keep this dress because the waist area is super tight for me and I feel like I can't really breathe! The reseller has kindly offered to give me a refund for the dress as she had originally mistakenly told me that the waist area is elasticized, but now that I've seen how super gorgeous this dress is,I really can't decide if I should return it... :/ any opinions will be appreciated!(:
P.S the colour is true to LB's pics, but slightly darker. it also makes me look a little taller and slimmer but somehow in these pictures the effects don't really show.lol.
