Excellent Customer Service from MGP for bridesmaid dresses
I would like to rave about my wonderful shopping experience at MGPlabel.com
Was buying bridesmaid dresses for my big day and emailed them to enquire about getting 5pcs of mint dresses. Was looking at their Heather Maxi Dress which is super sweet and elegance. Saw a video online and love the dresses for big day. When I emailed them, they told me that there were only odd sizes left.
They offered me some other dresses, however I only like the Heather Maxi. I ask if they could backorder and it took them sometime to check and deliberate. However soon they opened backorder and notified me about it! It was super nice of them to remember my request! They were very friendly and went beyond the normal customer service standards I would have expected of local online stores.
