Bad CS from Wonderstellar and MDS Collections

Don't know why I'm suddenly receiving bad CS from 2 merchants at the same time. Would appreciate comments and advice.

I recently encountered bad CS from Wonderstellar too!

One month ago, I ordered a caramel tote bag but there was no invoice sent, so I thought ok, fine maybe the transaction didn't go through. However my credit card came and credited the transaction so I spammed WS with emails, telling them to get back to me asap. After a few days, they replied saying that they are waiting for stocks and will email me as soon as stocks arrived. I was quite mad because on the website it was labelled as instock and I sure didn't want to buy something that I had to wait for god-knows-how-long again.

So I sent another email saying that I am very disappointed etc blahblahblah and asked for a refund, which they did, after another few long days. In the last email, they sounded sincere in apologising, and gave a TON of excuses- that they couldn't deliver their invoice to me, that a new staff was handling the emails, that my emails ended up in spam etc. Which, btw, made me even more annoyed because those are obviously not MY problems.

And at the end of the email, they offered me a 10% discount code, which I sure didn't want to use because for one, I'm not sure if the same ordeal will happen again. Secondly, they take ages to reply emails and their replies are very half-hearted. I will never patronise WS again!

One thing you could do is to keep emailing them via the contact form on WS website, because that was what I did. They don't seem to be able to view emails that you reply to. Which is odd because when I received their replies, it is obviously a continuous conversation. I'm guessing that they don't like to check their inbox or whatever.

I think you're not the only one to receive bad CS from WS. When I checked WS instagram, there was a couple of commentators asking WS to get back to them. So I got in touch with some of them and complained openly on WS' Ig and they conveniently deleted my comments.

Last thing to add: Hollyhoque has one of the best CS I know so kudos to that.
