Bought this dress from Lollyrouge and it's really REALLY pretty!
You can wear it both ways,but I only took the side with prints. I really love the shade of the blue. It's a little lighter than periwinkle, and the prints on it complement the colour perfectly:) material is good - not too thick and perfect for our weather. The bottom part of the dress has a slight poof, makes you feel so princess-y! It is not too overdone so you can wear this dress to many events too! Wearing it on either side, I like how the coloured hem peeks out when youre walking or twirling! For $40, I think it is very worth it because you get 2 dresses in one! :)
