Ohvola Greta Sweater Dress in Pastel, XS/S
Was initially hesitant about being able to fit into this size as I thought it was made of thick knit material. Was also really confused as it looked so loose on the model yet quite figure-hugging on jolene.Turns out it was so thin I felt like I wasn't wearing anything! Its so thin that you could see every wrinkle of my bra and every bulging of my fat. There is no mercy on my tummy at all :( and seamless undies is a must. The material is very thin which makes it so stretchy I guess anyone of any size can fit into this. The color is really true to picture. The best part of this is that it doesn't ride up at all and I don't think the material would fur anytime soon. However, I feel the material can expand over time. But I love it that the colors are so pastel and even had a little shine in the knit. The bottom wasn't as tight on me though as seen on the side view because of my narrow hips :( Overall I love this dress to bits because its so versatile and chirpy and boyfee said it is the best piece of clothing in my closet! O.O
Fayth Alannis Babydoll top in Pastel Pink, S
Again, feeling frustrated over the sizing, I chose S because the website says its stretchable up to 1". I am so in between sizes that I can literally wear anything from size S to L. This one fits me well with no allowance. This piece is quite strechy, like a thicker t-shirt kinda material. The straps are also super stretchy and springy. The prints are really true to pictures yay! Length-wise, I'm glad it doesn't show the belly and quite appropriate. However, I feel this material would fur over time or even fade out. This top is super versatile and can look casual or classy depending on what you pair it with :) I'm tempted to get the one in orange too.
Thevelvetdolls Savannah Mesh Skirt in White, M
Quite disappointed when I received this because the colors are actually duller in real life upon closer look. It only looks brighter and nicer from afar, which is the main point though when taking pictures. Although slightly strechy, it is only stretchable up to 0.5"? Size M fits me with no allowance. The material feels kinda like Fayth's Alannis top, except thicker. The mesh feels super luxe and silky. Length-wise, around 2.5" above my knees but not appropriate enough for work though. The downside of this is whenever I'm walking the skirt just goes swishy swoshy that I feel it's too attention-seeking. >< I'm pairing this with Agneselle's Alena crop top in size L which is a super affordable price to pay for a basic racer back top. The downside of this top is that my stick-on bra can be seen very clearly so I have to resort to wear normal strapless bra.
For a reference, I'm a UK8/10, 158cm.
