LB Millie Tweed Dress

Hi can anyone share their opinions on the LB Millie Tweed Dress (regular, non-petite). How is the fitting like? Is it very restrictive? I'm not very sure if I'm suited for a S or M (i'm a 13.5" at waist)
I am also looking for this dress in pink if anyone is selling it!
