VGY Enya Chiffon Slit Maxi
Hey girls!! Here's a verbal review for the VGY Enya chiffon slit maxi in white. (I'd probably post up some pictures later IF I can get some good ones)
I'm a usual LB size s and this size s fits me just fine (both ptp and waist)! This piece really creates an hourglass silhouette, but my gripe being that it emphasizes on the hips a tad too much.
White isn't translucent when I tried it but nude undergarments are undoubtedly advised. This maxi isn't as flowy as seen on stock pictures. You'd probably have to turn a few more rounds in it with wind direction being in ur favor to achieve pictures as nice as VGY's.
There is 5 layers of chiffon for the bottom part of the maxi on top of the lining, causing the maxi to be VERY heavy for an apparel. Also, the stitches weren't done properly and nicely. There were loose threads around and there was also a tread that came loose... (Supposedly to hold the bottom fold) and I can't cut it off.
Still... I love the design SO MUCH!!! I'd probably pull out the loose threads and sew it properly on my own! I feel like getting the purple piece too. So... Go get it girls!! It's drop dead gorgeous!!!
