1. You're very good at removing backgrounds, and this icon's no exception. But there's something that, for me, makes this one stand out from a lot of your other icons. I think it's the combination of that background gradient and the soft lighting on his shirt. All the colors just complement one another so well and I like that the edges of Gordon blend in almost seamlessly with the background. 2. I think Lady Gaga brings out the creativity in every icon maker, and this, to me, is one of your more creative icons. I love that you experimented with the heavy monochromatic coloring and texture use. The colors really stand out and fit the image well. 3. Great close crop and I really like the super light colors. The white to orangey yellow transition works really well. 4. Love the warm colors and contrast here. 5. More great background extraction work going on, and I think the gray background really works in providing a neutral palette so the image's natural colors can shine through.
