WHY INCEPTION: Because it's a brilliant film, with a brilliant ensemble cast, and a brilliant director. The most revolutionary film of this year, to be sure.
WHO DO YOU PLAY: Arthur (mr_specificity)
WHAT POINT ARE THEY IN CANON: Arthur's just come in following the events of the film. At this point, he and Cobb and the team have gone their separate ways. I see Arthur as a man who always has to be working to be happy (or, as close as it gets for Arthur). When we join him, he has just burst into the Bar in pursuit of a soggy Asian businessman. Naturally, you can see how he might be a little rattled.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH IN BAR: Basically, Arthur wants to brood handsomely and wear sweater vests. No. I'm kidding. Mostly. I think Arthur needs a job to be happy, and to feel useful. I'd like to see the team come back together again. 'Get to know a little of the story behind Arthur and Eames's strangely subtextual relationship; get caught up with Ariadne; be beta dog to Cobb's alpha. You know. The standard stuff.

Hokay. So I'm gonna bring Cobb to your time 'round just because that makes it easier on me and arthur and cobb...need to be in synch. I am extremely firm on this.
