i murdered the moon
watching it so hard and long, the horizon swallowed it and the sunlight creeped slowly into it's place
i'm being assaulted by my emotions
hate, love, envy, passion, pain
my thoughts have sunk into the pavement under my feet
& their attempt to grow roots is being thwarted by the solid cement
lately its as though i'm watching myself on the televsion
screaming advice to pixels on a screen
sobbing as i watch myself walk away
but with a smile on my face
i press the button on the remote-control
and dissapear
