Apparently, I am taking Jean to see Bruce Springsteen in February. While we could go as friends, the proprietary way she set it up and announced it to the world makes me think we are actually dating. Or something. And not only that, she expects we will still be dating in February. Or something. Point being - whatever we are we will be it for this upcoming holiday. I need a gift.
But, see, not just any gift. I need a gift that says something. I need a gift that matters. I need a gift that fulfills the following four criteria:
(1) Jean'll like it
(2) It is clearly from me
(3) It says something about our relationship's change in status
(4) It can be opened Christmas morning at the Institute under the gaze of such varied people as Summers and the Wanda the Teen Witch
I'm willing to listen to suggestions. Serious suggestions.
