It's early but I couldn't sleep any longer I'm so excited.
Last night we went to the Lil Chief headquarters for a barbecue, with the Shins as the guests of honour. From the small contact I had with them, they seemed like very cool guys. The Nudie Suits and the Ruby Suns played. Fun times were had. Nice to see people and chat, I think I've been missing human contact lately as everyone seems busy busy busy and I am too.
But the most exciting part of the evening was even before we got there, we paid a wee visit to our house after we got the call saying they've chosen us. It was just, oh. Words can't describe it! We have a little house. It's a big step for me as you can see, and every moment is going to be new and exciting.
Our house is a very very very fine house,
With no cats in the yard, but a lemon tree, lavender and roses!
Space for a dirty old couch!
