My good advice is frequently "Don't worry about being responsible right now," so I don't know what kind of crappy advice you give yourself.

My advice to myself is generally along the lines of "Floss regularly", "Wear sensible shoes", "Don't waste time with idiots on the internet". You know, that kind of thing.
