ahhh...what an lj slacker i am...
so the past week or two have been pretty uneventful. valentines day came and went and i suppose that was good. we didn't do too much this year. trying to save money of course and besides that we don't need one day a year to treat each other overly special because we do that everyday anyway. but i did get a couple awesome cd's...another drive-thru compilation cd and the matchbook romance one. both are unbelievably awesome. i also got a travel coffee mug thingy and a few other little things. so even though we said we wouldn't do much i was still spoiled. what a girl she is. i got her the josh kelly cd, a bracelet (not a really nice one...but a cool/cute one) from AE, a necklace (again, not really special or nice but cute), a coffee mug, candy, something else too but i can't remember. then on tuesday we went out to eat at red lobster. all in all no big deal really. just another day full of love. :)
school and work have both been keeping me pretty busy...oh yeah and i just got done reading The DaVinci Code. oh my gosh. the best book i've ever read. i started it at work on sunday night...so i didn't really read that much then...but i finished it yesterday. 4 days...450 some pages. i just couldn't put it down. so if anyone wants to read a really good book for fun i highly recommend it. and we just got another season of friends!! yay! gotta love them...so we now own seasons 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, the finale, and best of 3 and 4. season 9 isn't out yet but we pre-ordered it so it will be here march 11th. wow. talk about obsession. speaking of obsession...i'm so pissed that i won't be able to watch the l word on sunday. :( i have to work...haha maybe i can talk jenni mae into watching with me. riiight.
so coming up this weekend more of the same...tonight work, friday night i have to close. then on saturday i'm waking up suuuuper early, probably around 6ish and making the drive to traverse city so i can see lindsey's last volleyball tournament. i'm sad this is the only one i can make it to but it's so hard to get weekends off...not to mention taking even one day off is like giving up at least $100 and that just sucks. i'll come back probably early sunday morning so i can be to work at night. and thats about it for the agenda this weekend.
