Toki was shown playing the keyboard during a Murderface solo, but Skwisgaar is credited with all the keyboard work on Dethalbum II. I bet he went back and re-recorded Toki's keyboard parts himself, just like he apparently does with Toki's guitar parts. Lol.
I found this out after I'd already invented backstory in the RPG I'm in of Skwisgaar having piano lessons as a kid (with his mother boning his teacher, natch). Actually I think I had that backstory before Dethalbum II was even released. It's always funny when my personal canon later gets supported or confirmed by actual canon. :D
