(no subject)
I can't really read my friends page right now because I'm working on a color scheme that would work for April. Karen said to do yellow so here is my yellow rainbow brite icon, that's Spark for all of you not in the know, but I have to make my own spring time scheme then and it isn't working out very well for me. This is the springiest it's been which is saying a lot.
I need to stop obsessively changing my icons, but I just can't. That's what happens when you go on a spree making them and then have nothing to do with them. It doesn't work out.
The Dodgers won yesterday which is good except that I didn't watch the entire game because around 11:30 at night I got a text telling me to come over and play trivial pursuit which I obliged at. We started off with like 7 people and by the time we end there were only two of us. I won, in case you were wondering. I think my final response was about Some Like It Hot. Anyway, Derek Lowe plays for the Dodgers so I have to like them now but it isn't looking too hard because they are also hilarious. Eric Gagne got ejected from the game for riling up the umpire. Way to go dude. He's from Canada so I really shouldn't expect anything else but greatness. The Sox won yesterday too and I did watch most of that game. Wakefield kicked Yankee ass. That 9th inning was so so great. A-Rod missing that double play was beautiful. Jeter getting hit in the head with the ball was also gold. Mariano blowing another save? Brilliant. Millar getting hurt in the 6th? Not so good. I'm curious as to how interested I'll stay this season since the Dodgers games and the Red Sox games won't be on tv a lot here. We'll get all the Yankees games and I think highlights of the Mets games, but that's about it. It's all bullshit. Bullshit I say! We don't even get Toronto games. I don't think...but come to think of it...maybe we do. And the Sox play Toronto tomorrow. HMMM. Maybe I'll drive up to Canada to watch them haha. I have work in about 20 minutes so I should probably get going, but I have to work outside and despite the great temperatures it's raining. I wish it were yesterday because it was gorgeous out. I did lose my work money clip card which is really how I get my money from my paycheck. I started filling out for a new one yesterday and am supposed to have that finished today and money within the next 2-3 days. Let's hope. I do not work tomorrow so I need to clean my bathroom because my mom comes home on Saturday night. My dad wants it done and I think he wants my sister to do it, but I don't think she will. Ah well. I'm supposed to be going to karaoke tonight but I don't think I'll have money. Sean told me to come anyway and I can drink his beer but I haven't completely decided. Which is probably a lie since it's free booze and I always go. Plus I need to sing something haha.
Nikko got booted from AI yesterday and it is fucking AWFUL. Also someone died on LOST and since I haven't followed it since like episode...3, I missed it. It's so sad because I really wanted to get into that show. And I was into it! I think I just worked whenver it was on. I also wanted to watch that EYES show, but where did that go? All I have now is AI and baseball. Dodgers play the Giants tonight, I'm gonna miss it.
I'm off I think now. Fever Pitch opens tomorrow and I Want to see it, but I don't have anyone to go with. My nephews want to see it too, but I don't know if I can wait that long. I owe Suzie 40 bucks, my dad 20 bucks, my phone bill is 50, and my life insurance for 58 came in. Plus of course the 200 that goes to my mother. My checks are not that much by the way. The 58 can be paid next week, but the phone bill cannot since I only have like 40 hours the next check. It's terrible. When do I know if I got this new gig?
