Interior mostly inspired by Morocco. Slippers, possibility to lay down on the sofa, slow tempo music, quite central location-everything for your comfort. So cosy and peaceful, it feels like having tea at a friend’s flat. And those friends are quite good at making and serving tea. Wide range of Chinese, Moroccan traditional tea (even Indian masala).

KID is primarily a salad bar, where you can pick all the fresh ingredients yourself, but the menu doesn’t end there-international dishes are available. The downstairs room offers a great location for the hurried customers, whereas the upstairs provides a great place to linger for dinner with friends. Wooden fl oors, industrial style features, bright colour accents, old wooden chairs and tables combined with modern Kartell plastic seats. Great relaxation room, with poufs, mirrors and books. Small upstairs outside terrace, far away from the noisy street.

Inspired by the art movement dadaism, it is a complete anarchy of design and freedom of choice! Each waiter’s uniform is individually designed and is an art-work on its own; also-you won’t find any matching knife or fork here. Speaking about food, the restaurant is based on a “food market” scheme-you pick you own ingredients (fresh meat, fish, vegetables and various sauces), that are then quickly cooked in front of your eyes. You pay not for what you have taken, but for servings. There are also at least three mains in a separate menu, as well as desserts.

Often before, after or even instead of having meal at the restaurant, we just need a glass of proper wine to be enjoyed in a restaurant atmosphere. Selected wines from all “worlds” are advised and then served with simple starters by clever-looking, expert staff. Be smart: buy a bottle in their shop, pay Ls 3.50 on top, drink at restaurant.
