How y'all doin'? Last few weeks have been interesting. At work we get quality observes. A team of folks listens to random calls from each rep and grades them based on how well they follow processes, help customers, and whether or not they use silly required phrasing. Mine've been very good for the past few months, and I've been getting commendations. The VP from my company toured my call center a few weeks ago and actually listened to one of my calls. Apparently he said "this is exactly how I think our reps should sound." I've received e-mails from every manager in my chain of command and have my name on 2 walls in my building. And I'm still receiving warnings from my supervisor about my call handle time being 10 seconds above what the company says it should be. So, basically, there's a chance they'll pat me on the back as they walk me out the door. Fucking retarded.
In other news, this weekend was... interesting. I saw things I never thought I'd see on Saturday night. I still haven't gotten to see music, though.
Some chick on MySpace asked me if I'd model for her. I'm flattered...
