Alright, so, we left off with everyone on the way to the Construction site. It would have been about night at this point. Unnaturally, if not naturally :P The PCs get to the site, only to find that apparently luck has changed around the place, because the construction crew has managed to put up a base of the full four-stories. That is to say, there's girders, stairs and concrete floors. But the bad luck is still there, too, because they find that the construction lift is broken. Naturally, the portal is located on the effective roof of the structure, so the only recourse is to take the stairs.
The PCs head on up and make it all the way to the fourth floor without incident. It's at that point Norishige confronts them. That's right, it's time for the third and final battle with the blind owlman. He'd ask for a one on one duel, but there's nothing to really stop you from rushing him. He couldn't be reasoned with, however, and attempting to pass him without fighting wouldn't work either, as he'd just attack from behind.
Upon his defeat, Norishige staggers back towards the edge of the structure (remember, no walls are up yet). He explains that he's finally free of his fate as an Arcana, and mutters a thank you as he falls off the ledge. Possibly, you could have saved him if you reacted quickly enough, but once he falls, well, it's four floors right down.
Frankly, I think him dying here is much more dramatic.
