We're Engaged!!!!
The title says it all. Ari proposed to me at the Boston Red Sox game Friday night, April 14th, right after the first inning and of course, I said Yes!!!!!. I was convinced he was proposing to me in May so you could probably imagine the shock upon my face. He asked me a few questions prior to his proposal so it would be in sync with popping the question. Dialog went like this:
Ari: "Would you like a hot dog?"
Bethy: "No thank you"
Ari: "Would you like some cracker jacks"?
Bethy: "No Thanks".
Ari: "Would you like a beer"?
Bethy: " I dont want you to miss any of the game"
Ari: "Just answer me. Would you like a beer?"
Bethy: "No Thanks"
::I get up and go down on one knee::
Ari: "Would you do me the honor of giving me your hand in marriage?"
And there you have it. We will be shooting for sometime in May 2007. If my friends could help me out by providing me with their current addresses that would be very helpful b/c we are planning ASAP.
