I haven't been able to find Hitsugaya for several days.... I'm a litter concerned. Based on the information I have, it might be safe to assume that he has left the city. But this means that he has left behind his work with the city watch. I understand that these sorts of organizations seem not to do well in this city, but I feel this is something ( Read more... )

It seems a common enough theme for those in charge of any leader of that organization.

And this was a new organization as well. Maybe the concept is just doomed from the start?

For this place, I think you have to live with the fact that laws cannot be what holds a watch together.

I'm not even speaking of laws. Simple safety would be good enough at this point. The city is filled with monsters, and there are many people who can't handle them on their own.

I suppose the real issue is, we aren't really connected with each other. Even a small village cares about it's own as a whole.

Many people can but they rather let the Watch handle it instead of appearing stronger than they wish us to know.

Small villages are made up of people familiar with each other. Most people here barely know their neighbors.

I would like to say that was true, but being one of those who can't handle such dangerous monsters easily... I have to disagree.

That can easily change, we can make a better effort to get to know each other.

One of the main issues with the monsters is that think they need to be stronger. They do not. They just need to be smarter.

Do you really think that people would do so? After all, with all these murders, I doubt people would feel safe around others.

I wouldn't say stronger so much as, at least skilled.

Not exactly, no.... But the reason such things can happen, is that we do not support ourselves as a community, we only worry about our family units.

Skills are worthless without a mind to back them up.

It is hard for people to do that here. They do not see the need and complain when they do see one.

There is nothing to understand.
