I'm spending a long weekend with Addy before Christmas pulls us apart for a couple of weeks. We're doing Hogmanay (New Year for those of you who insist on using the English name) in Edinburgh (with Martha) - but I won't see him for a while after Tuesday. We're spending some time on his home turf, London. As beautiful as the capital is, I'd rather see it from the air than be in it. Manchester is a much smaller city - twice as sexy, but much smaller, I'll have to try and aclimatise him in the coming weeks, but, for now, I'm going to bite the bullet and pretend I like Southerners...
