'cause I had much the same reaction when I talked to him. When I get my abilities back, his face is going to meet the pavement. Several times.

So, I'm guessing that he told you he only remembers you shooting him a couple of times in the head?

[Smiles a little] Because I've seen the exact same thing happen before. This place is weird. Before you came, there was another Lady---I don't think she was the same person as you are. But her story matched yours close enough. Anyway, she went through the exact same thing. Dante really only remembers you shooting him in the head, because, for him, the rest of your story together hasn't happened yet. People here are taken from different points in time.

It'll be neat to see what you can do on it! I don't ride them beyond the ordinary, law-abiding sort of riding, so it hasn't been properly put through its paces yet.
