"Aw, I carry the unibrow gene!"

Today was a great day!

The weather was beautiful - even at 7:00 this morning, which is always a good thing. And the Gideons were out doing their thing; that always makes me smile. They're such nice old men - they just hand you a New Testament (and if you don't want it, they don't press you) and wish you a nice day. If I were an old man, I think I'd like to be a Gideon.

I had to help teach two A-E 270 classes today for the teacher I TA for cause he was fasting today (Rosh Hashanah) and said that if he came in to teach, he'd pass out. I was pretty nervous, but it went really well. Since Katie had to teach the 1:00 by herself (cause I have BIO 111 on Wednesdays), I volunteered to give the 8:00 and 10:00 classes the beginning-of-class-monologue. The 8:00 was mutinous - they demanded to know why he didn't cancel class and why they had to come. The 10:00 was at least cooperative - they worked well and weren't that angry with us. Katie tells me that the 1:00 was perfect. It's a good thing, too, cause if they had been anything like the 8:00, they woulda jumped her. And the project we did (decorating trash cans) turned out really well - they all look really cool. I think our teacher will be pleased with their work and, in turn, be pleased with us. Yay! :)

We studied genetics in Bio lab today and Tracie and I had to figure out what our kid would look like if we had one. Lemme tell you, he'd be mighty ugly. We decided to name him Chipper Pujols Martin. Actually, he wouldn't be so bad looking if he didn't have freckles on his forehead, a prominent chin (with a cleft), thick lips, bushy eyebrows, and hairy ears. Meh. You win some, you lose some.

I made spaghetti for Rob and Carrie today for dinner and it turned out very yummy. I love spaghetti. And I made Kool-aid, too!

I have flag football practice with the Butterflies (we've got our T-shirts - yay!) and then a game with BSU Red. I heart flag football!

My roommate is "studying" in her room with my boyfriend. I'd better go keep an eye on them. ;)
